Yes. Interlock® panels are manufactured by Interlock Roofing Ltd. in Delta, BC, and installed by us, a BC company. The finished roof is made in BC and installed in BC; it never crosses a border on its way to your home.

The manufacturer's Guardian Lifetime Limited Material Warranty covers the material and its finish for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. It transfers once, to the next owner. Workmanship is covered separately by us, in writing, in your contract. Read the full terms before you sign.

Interlock panels lock to each other on all four sides with the fasteners concealed, and wind resistance is warranted to 193 km/h (120 mph) when installed to manufacturer specification. Aluminum absorbs no water and cannot rot, so months of coastal rain do not soften it. Valleys and gutters still collect debris, and we will tell you what to clear and how often.

Class A Fire Rated Available as a complete assembly. Under ASTM E108 a fire classification belongs to the assembly, not the panel; on our roofs Class A is achieved with two layers of GAF VersaShield® over 12 mm (15/32-inch) plywood. If your home is in a wildland-urban interface area, ask us to walk the gutters, vents and roof edges with you too.

No. Interlock panels weigh roughly 2 to 3.5 kg per square metre depending on profile, a fraction of concrete tile, which leaves the structure's capacity for snow load. We check the deck and framing at the visit and put anything that needs attention in the written quote.
